Unit has a strict No Smoking policy. Deposit will be retained for non-compliance. Linens, towels and toiletries are supplied. Advanced booking is required for internet / Wi-Fi access. $10/day fee applies. Free on-site parking, subject to space availability (specific parking instructions are supplied at check-in). Check-in times: 4pm-7pm; Check-out time: 11am. Bookings are held for 48 hours; rental document and deposit required to be completed within that time or booking will be released. Registered Renter must provide picture identification and credit card upon check-in.
