The Lodges at Blue Mountain was started by a single chalet owner in 2002. Within the first year of this rental experience, the vision was born to offer other owners a similar experience. Today we are a mid-sized firm, whose management has well over twenty five years vacation rental management experience and, as such, are uniquely positioned to be able to offer a very high quality professional service both the Homeowner and to our Guests.
As Owners, our vision was to build a relationship with Home Owners as we would want to be treated. As such we are the only vacation rental property manager in the area that has a full disclosure policy when it comes to Home Owners rentals. The following procedures LBM takes to ensure the Home Owner is fully informed as to the activities that are going on in your investment property.
We have made major investments in our Website Design and propriety Reservation System to bring management reports that provide a detailed accounting of the revenues and expenses so as you are able to easily and accurately calculate your return on investment.
Our management has evolved from that one chalet into a leader in The Blue Mountain Vacation Rental business. Paying attention to Owners needs provided the vision of a more personalized management company.
Our staffs experience and reputation in the area for attention to detail and integrity along with a team of experienced and dedicated personnel has already brought The Lodges at Blue Mountain into the forefront of rental companies as we approach our 10th year. With an original goal of buying 2 or three rental properties and renting them for long term investments, our business model grabbed the attention of Property Owners in the area and at the expense of our competition, today we manage just over 100 homes. It became very clear it would be necessary to promote this vision with a dedication to our clients for responsible growth, and a dedication to our customers with quality homes.
Our Rental and Property Management Program offers an "inclusive" service package at a competitive management fee. Our management role includes sales and marketing our all our properties, full cleaning and cleaning and maintenance staff, security and just having the peace of mind that we are looking after your investments. These are services required to properly maintain homes of the caliber we represent. All homes offer high quality bed, bath and kitchen linens at one low cost to the homeowners.
