Along with skiing and riding, join in the celebrations we will be hosting on-resort for our 75th season. Guests can take in all the winter attractions including snow tubing*, skating*, snowshoeing and family fun for all ages in the Village. Live music, MJ Byrne’s horse & wagon rides, a historical scavenger hunt and much more! Into the evening, the Blue Mountain Village will come alive with fireworks and a torch light parade on the mountain.
A 3-hour snowshoe race for teams of two with navigation by map and compass. Competitors travel on and off-trail to 25 checkpoints located throughout stunning forests and parklands. Go as hard or as easy as you like! Checkpoints (CPs) are rated on their difficulty and are assigned different point values.
Welcoming both freestyle skiers and snowboarders on Saturday January 28th Blue Mountain will be hosting its own Slopestyle competition in the Badlands Terrain Park. This course will include a creative line of jumps, rails and other features. Tons of prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded from our industry sponsors as well as CA$H for Outlaw divisions. This is a Canadian Ranking List event for snowboarders!
