The living area boasts a cathedral ceiling, a cozy gas fireplace and a large, flat screen TV. A cozy reading nook overlooks Happy Valley trail where summer hikes take you to the top of the mountain. Golf is just a few minutes’ walk away. Or head into the village for zip-lining, tree-top trekking or go-carting. Exhaust the kids and then take the free, 24/7 shuttle back to the condo.
The private master bedroom features a king bed, plenty of closet space and a luxurious en-suite with two sinks, gorgeous shower and separate tub. The second bedroom is just as beautiful with a queen bed, large closet and lovely peaked windows. Unique third bedroom is perfect for kids to share, with four twin beds – two as singles and a bunk. The additional full bathroom is beautifully appointed and has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable.

Guests check in at our office located at North Creek Resort between 4pm and 8pm. The guest who signed the Rental Agreement must provide photo identification and provide the credit card used for the payments
Self Check In
In some cases guests will be notified in advance by email that they can check in online and proceed directly to the Rental Property.
Guests are required to check out by 11am. Departures after 11am may incur additional charges.
Linens and Towels Service
Condo Rental Properties are fully supplied with linens, towels and toiletries. Chalet Rental Properties are NOT supplied. Guests are required to bring their own or rent sets for a fee of $25.00 per bed, per stay. Housekeeping is not provided on a daily basis.
All parking is free. Some Rental Properties require parking passes which will be supplied at time of check in. Passes must be displayed at all times while parked at the properties.
Not all properties have internet. Please check the properties features and amenities tab for clarification.
All Rental Properties have nightly security to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of residents and rental guests.
Town of Blue Mountain Short Term Rental Bylaws
The Town of Blue Mountain has some of the strictest Bylaws governing Short Term Rentals. If Bylaw or OPP officers are called to rental properties due to complaints from neighbouring properties, Fines and Penalties of up to $700.00 are passed along to guests. Home Owners are faced with more severe penalties which can cause them to lose their rights to offer these properties for rent. We encourage you all to enjoy your stays while in Blue Mountain, but ask you respect the residents and home owners.
