This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is located across from the entrance to the Blue Mountain Village within the Wintergreen development. This spectacular condo has just undergone a full interior renovation and is stunning. It is situated along the first hole of Monterra Golf course and is only a stone's throw away from lift access to Blue. This condo makes a perfect spot for a summer or winter vacation holiday. The condo features hardwood flooring throughout. It has a sauna, an air Jacuzzi bathtub, and a completely redesigned main floor which provides a beautiful spacious area for relaxing with friends or family. There is a main bathroom that has all custom amenities. There is a gas fireplace backed by a stone facia. There is a king bed in the master bedroom,a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom as well as two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a double pull out couch in the living room. There is lots of room for you and your friends and family in order that all eight of you can create some exciting new memories. The condo is beautifully furnished, including soft suede couches, one of which is a double pull-out. Within the kitchen that has a new granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. You will find a full array of cooking tools for the chef of the group to whip up some mouth watering meals. Located by way of a two minute walk from the Village and the base of the ski lifts as well as the tee box at the 1st hole at Monterra Golf Course; this luxurious condo has to be seen to be believed. With a king bed in the master upstairs bedroom, a double bed, two single beds and a double pull out couch there is plenty of room for your friends and family. The very large master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom. You can enjoy all that the mountain has to offer and retreat to your quiet spacious private condo. It has a dining area, off the living room area, that provides a great setting for a memorable dinner and provides a beautiful view of Monterra Golf Course. The condo also has an uninterrupted view of Blue Mountain Resort. The unit has a large 50” flat screenTV, all supported by full cable and a blu-ray player. There is a CD player and also a stereo. There is free wireless internet available at this condo. The entire property is beautifully decorated and is very modern in its look. At this property your group is 2 km from a sandy beach, 3 km from horseback riding and the condo is fully air conditioned as well. There is a washer/dryer set-up available within the condo.

Check In Guests check in at our office located at Mountain Springs Resort between 4pm and 8pm. The guest who signed the Rental Agreement must provide photo identification and provide the credit card used for the payments Self Check In. In some cases guests will be notified in advance by email that they can check in online and proceed directly to the Rental Property. Check Out Guests are required to check out by 11am. Departures after 11am may incur additional charges. Linens and Towels Service Condo Rental Properties are fully supplied with Linens, Towels and Toiletries. Chalet Rental Properties are NOT supplied. Guests are required to bring their own or rent sets for a fee of $25.00 per bed, per stay. Housekeeping is not provided on a daily basis. Parking All parking is free. Some Rental Properties require parking passes which will be supplied at time of check in. Passes must be displayed at all times while parked at the properties. Internet Not all properties have internet. Please check the properties features and amenities tab for clarification. Security All Rental Properties have nightly security to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of residents and rental guests. Town of Blue Mountain Short Term Rental Bylaws The Town of Blue Mountain has some of the strictest Bylaws governing Short Term Rentals. If Bylaw or OPP officers are called to rental properties due to complaints from neighbouring properties, Fines and Penalties of up to $700.00 are passed along to guests. Home Owners are faced with more severe penalties which can cause them to lose their rights to offer these properties for rent. We encourage you all to enjoy your stays while in Blue Mountain, but ask you respect the residents and home owners.

The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay

Not only is the inside of the property beautiful, the view from the decks is even better! You have a view of Blue Mountain and on the other side you can see the first hole of the golf course.

great location extremely clean ...lots of space ..top shelf.

The property is clean, spacious and well appointed with plenty of room for the family to gather and enjoy the evening together. The kitchen and dining area is spacious, well lit and modern. There are plenty of bathrooms at three and with the bedrooms upstairs the adults can spend time together after the children have retired for the evening.

Chalet was in great condition and was in an excellent location. It was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with necessary utensils. A kitchen inventory list may have been helpful in advance (even if it was made available on demand).
