At the Lodges at Blue Mountain, we strive to provide you with the most information for your upcoming Blue Mountain vacation rental. Contained within the website, we think we have provided all the necessary information you would require to book your accommodations, plan activities, dining options and so much more at our Blue Mountain resort. Q - How can I book a unit?
A - You can send an online reservation inquiry form and your customer representative will either e-mail you back with rates and availability, or will phone you directly and now you can book our Blue Mountain accommodations directly online. You can also call our toll free 1-877-386-2583.
Q - How much of a deposit do I have to pay to book the chalet?
A - In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival and registration.
Q - How can I pay?
A - Once you decide on a unit, a rental agreement will be emailed to you. You will then need to fax or email back the completed agreement with your credit card information.
Q - Do I receive a confirmation for my booking?
A - Once your payment has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Q - Where and how do I check in/depart?
A - Our check in office is located at 796437 Grey Road 19. Signage is North Creek Resort at Blue This information will be emailed to you along with your reservation confirmation email. Click here for directions.
Q - Do you accommodate large groups? What is the best unit for us?
A - If you have a larger group, our 8-10 bedroom chalets are ideal for you.
Q - Do you have a minimum stay for your units?
A - Generally, we request a two night minimum stay on weekends. However, midweek booking we can work within your specific needs for one night stays.
Q - Which chalets have a hot-tub?
A - Most of our chalets have hot tubs which are open year round(check the amenities list of each property. Snowbridge and Rivergrass have outdoor hot tubs.
Q - Which chalets have pools?
A - #188 Tyrolean Lane #2 has an private indoor pool and #206 Arlberg has an private outdoor pool. Snowbridge, Rivergrass and Sierra Lane condos all community outdoor pools.
Q - What size beds are in each unit?
A - Please refer to each individual Chalets webpage however, chalets have everything from kings, queens, doubles, singles, bunk-beds, and pull out sofas.
Q - How close are your chalets to the mountain?
A - Most of our chalets are within walking distance to Blue Mountain Village shops and to main ski lifts. Check lodge pages for maps of exact distances.
Q - Is smoking allowed in the units?
A - All of our units are non-smoking!
Q - Do your chalets have smoke detectors?
A - YES. All of our chalets have been fire safety inspected and meet all fire code regulations
Q - How does the damage deposit work?
A - A damage and key deposit of $1,500.00 is required prior to registration. Damage deposits will be returned within two days of check out, once a full inspection has been completed.
Q - Do I need to bring my own linens?
A - Our chalets come complete with pillows and comforters for each bed. We are able offer Linen Service for $15/set, which includes a fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow case and a towel. Otherwise, please ensure to provide your own linens and towels.
Q - Can I bring my dog?
A - Please discuss this with your rental agent as we do allow some pets.
Q - What is your cancellation policy?
A - Our cancellation Policy is clearly outlined in our Code of Ethics page and in the Rental Agreement you will be emailed.
