Rock Climbing

Guests searching for the ultimate thrill seeking experience should consider rock climbing at any one of the mountains located near The Lodges at Blue Mountain; however, all of the mountains are considered very challenging and should only be attempted by skilled climbers. One of the more popular rock climbing spots is Metcalfe Rock, as it provides excellent top roping and breathtaking views of the Kolapore Creek Valley from the summit. Another great spot is Old Baldy, which is located in the Beaver Valley. All climbing routes on Old Baldy have been equipped with bolt anchors to make the climb more enjoyable and safe; however, the bolts cannot be accessed from the top of the mountain which means top roping is not possible. As this is a lead climbing area, make sure that you have someone in your party who is able to lead your group up to the summit.

Xtreme Hummer Adventures

Xtreme Hummer Adventures guarantees a thrilling time for guests of all ages. With countless opportunities to observe both the mountain side scenery and wildlife, their adventure tours are a great way to spend an afternoon with family or friends. All tours take place inside a fully customized H1 Hummer that is capable of driving over rocks, through rivers and up steep angles.
